The Missionaries in Pozzuoli...

Our first day out and about in Italy. We headed out for a 3-day trip down south so that President could interview some missionaries. We went to the Naples area.

Our first stop was Pozzuoli, near Naples. We found the chapel there, it is a beautiful area. These are pictures there with the missionaries, and some with the view from their balcony right off the chapel. I think I would be a little distracted during church.

When Sister Acerson told Elder Bader (from Switzerland) that she had just been to Sardegna for a few days, he jumped with joy. He served there for the last 9 months and is now finishing up his last transfer here in Pozzuoli. He is missing all of the members & elders in Sardegna. Karen had taken a lot of pictures, so she gave him her camera, watching him was so cute. Like a kid opening his presents Christmas morning.

This was a view from outside the church, right down the street. I just thought this lady hanging the clothes off her balcony was quaint. A sweet neighborhood for the church.
